Manuscript Preparations

Paper Format: Paper MUST BE prepared in Word. The format for the paper can be downloaded here.

Title: Should be brief, specific, informative, and appropriate for indexing.

Author Names and Affiliations: In the case of a paper with more than one author, a corresponding author should be mentioned clearly. The author section should consist of the following:

  • Author's name
  • Author's institution
  • Postal address
  • City, state, zip code
  • Country name
  • e-mail

Abstract: An abstract should not exceed 300 words. It indicates the objective, scope, and results of the paper.

Keywords: 3 - 5 keywords.

PACS: PACS number can be found in

References: The references should be brought at the end of the article, and numbered in the order of their appearance in the paper. The reference list should be cited in accordance with the following examples:

Suggest reviewers: Author will have an opportunity to suggest reviewers at the end of the manuscript submission. Please suggest at least two qualified reviewers who have had experience in the subject of the submitted manuscript, but who are not affiliated with the same institutes as the author(s). Please provide their names, affiliation and e-mail addresses.

Paper Acceptance: The final decision on publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief upon a recommendation of an Area Editor and/or an Editorial Board Member.

Copy Right: Each manuscript must be accompanied by a statement that the paper has been neither published nor submitted for publication elsewhere. For the mutual benefit and protection of authors and publisher, it is necessary that authors provide formal written consent to publish and transfer of copyright before publication of the paper.

Proofs: Proofs will be sent to the corresponding author and should be returned with one week of receipt. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting errors only. Authors are advised to check their proofs very carefully and return the corrected proofs to the publisher.
